The SocialHub paid media content

  • The Social Hub (TSH) needed to revitalize its paid social presence after more than two years without a creative refresh. Existing assets had become static and underperforming, no longer reflecting the brand’s evolving identity as a community-driven, affordable-luxury hotel. The goal was to reimagine TSH’s paid media strategy and creative ecosystem across four key briefs: a brand awareness campaign, “Electrifying Rooms” product storytelling, dynamic conversion templates, and localized performance assets for HotelBoost Porto.

  • We developed a full-funnel social strategy and creative refresh designed to reconnect the brand with modern audiences. The work introduced platform-native content for Instagram and TikTok built around the idea that “the vibe is the message.” Each campaign translated TSH’s mix of design, community, and comfort into relatable, emotionally resonant moments—showing how guests live, work, and connect within its spaces. Through modular creative, seasonal storytelling, and adaptable templates, we delivered a cohesive system that elevated brand perception while improving engagement and conversion performance across markets.
